Shipping policy

At Official Gluta White, we strive to deliver your radiance-boosting products as quickly and safely as possible. We partner with Pakistan’s leading courier services (TCS, Leopards, and CallCourier) to ensure that your "Official" products reach you in perfect condition.

1. Order Verification Process

To ensure the security of our customers and prevent fraudulent orders:

  • All Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are subject to a mandatory verification call or WhatsApp confirmation.

  • Our team will contact you on the mobile number provided within 12–24 hours of your order.

  • Orders will not be dispatched until they are verbally or digitally confirmed. If we cannot reach you after three attempts, your order will be automatically cancelled.

2. Shipping Timelines

Once your order is verified, it will be processed and shipped from our central warehouse.

  • Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi): 2 to 3 working days.

  • Other Cities & Towns: 3 to 5 working days.

  • Remote Areas: 5 to 7 working days.

Note: During peak sale periods (e.g., Blessed Friday, Eid Sales, or New Year), delivery times may be extended by an additional 2–3 working days.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: A flat rate of PKR 250 applies to all orders within Pakistan.

  • Free Shipping: We offer FREE DELIVERY on all bundle deals and orders exceeding PKR 5,000.

  • Express Shipping: Currently, we do not offer same-day delivery, but we are working to implement this for Lahore and Karachi soon.

4. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been handed over to the courier, you will receive a Tracking Number via SMS and Email. You can track your "Official Gluta White" package directly on the courier’s website to stay updated on its estimated arrival.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Rules

  • Please ensure the exact amount of cash is ready at the time of delivery.

  • Courier riders are not authorized to open the package before the payment is made. This is a standard policy of all major courier companies in Pakistan.

  • If you wish to inspect the product, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy regarding the "Unboxing Video" requirement.

6. Undelivered Packages (RTO)

If a package is returned to our warehouse because the customer was unavailable or the address was incorrect:

  • We will attempt to contact you for a second delivery.

  • If the second attempt fails, future orders from the same customer/address may require Advanced Payment (Bank Transfer/JazzCash) and will not be eligible for Cash on Delivery.

7. International Shipping

Currently, officialglutawhite.pk only ships within Pakistan. For international inquiries, please contact our support team to discuss custom shipping rates and regulatory requirements for skincare exports.
