Refund policy

At Official Gluta White, we are committed to providing the highest quality, lab-certified skincare. We understand that your trust is our most valuable asset. Because our products are health and beauty essentials, our policies are designed to ensure safety, hygiene, and authenticity for all our customers.

1. 24-Hour Inspection Window

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the package immediately. If you notice any of the following, you must contact our Official WhatsApp Support (+92 3704901093) within 24 hours of delivery:

  • The product was damaged during transit (broken seals, leaking bottles).

  • You received the wrong item or a missing item from your bundle.

  • The package appears tampered with.

Note: To process a claim for damage or missing items, we strictly require an "Unboxing Video" showing the unopened flyer/box being opened for the first time.

2. Return Eligibility (Unopened Items Only)

Due to the nature of skincare and supplement products, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or had their security seals broken.

  • Eligible for Return: Only items that are in their original, unopened packaging with the holographic seal intact.

  • Timeframe: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for an unopened product.

  • Change of Mind: If you change your mind about a purchase, you may return the unopened product. However, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs (TCS/Leopard) and a PKR 250 re-stocking fee.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are strictly non-returnable:

  • Any product where the outer shrink-wrap or security seal has been removed.

  • Partially used tablets, serums, or creams.

  • Products purchased during "Clearance Sales" or "Flash Deals."

  • Items returned after the 7-day window.

4. The Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team (usually within 3-5 working days), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: You can choose between:

    1. Store Credit: A discount code for the full value of the product (valid for 3 months).

    2. Bank Transfer: Refund to your provided bank account/EasyPaisa/JazzCash (processed within 7-10 working days).

  • Deductions: Please note that the original shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

5. Results and Satisfaction

Skincare is a journey, and results vary based on individual skin type, diet, and consistency. While Original Gluta White is formulated for maximum efficacy, we do not offer refunds based on "lack of results" after the product has been used. We recommend following our official 30-day or 60-day courses as instructed for the best outcome.

6. How to Initiate a Return

Do not send products back to the courier without prior authorization.

  3. Shipment: Once approved, we will provide the warehouse address for the return shipment.
